1. Who we are
PuzzleFun is an online toy and puzzle shop in Bangladesh. We run the website puzzlefun.xyz and the PuzzleFun Facebook Page. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, place an order, create an account or message us on Facebook Messenger, and what we do with it.
2. Information we collect
- Order details: your name, mobile number, delivery address (district, area and street), optional email, the products you buy and any note you add.
- Account details: if you create an account, your mobile number (verified with a one-time SMS code) or, if you sign in with Google, your name, email and Google account id. We never see your Google password.
- Messenger conversations: when you message our Facebook Page, we receive your messages, your Facebook name and a Page-specific id from Meta. If you share them in the chat, we also keep your mobile number and delivery area to help with your order.
- Reviews and requests: name, rating and text of product reviews, and the details you send in custom-order, wait-list or question forms.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
- Website usage:pages viewed, device type, browser and approximate country, collected by our own visit counter and by Google Analytics. We store an anonymous visit id in your browser's local storage; Google Analytics sets its own cookies.
3. How we use it
- To confirm, pack, deliver and support your order, and to send order and delivery updates by SMS.
- To answer your questions on Messenger, including automatic replies from our assistant.
- To sign you in and show your order history.
- To prevent fake or fraudulent cash-on-delivery orders.
- To understand which pages and products people visit, so we can improve the shop.
- To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe option.
4. Messenger and our automated assistant
Messages to the PuzzleFun Facebook Page may first be answered by an automated assistant. It can look up products, prices, delivery charges and your order status. You can ask for a person at any time, and our team can take over the chat.
To write replies, the text of your messages is sent to Google's Gemini AI service. Google processes it on our behalf to generate the answer. We do not send your payment details, and we do not use your messages for advertising.
Message text, phone number, name and order draft are deleted from our systems within 24 hours after a conversation is closed. A conversation closes when our team closes it or after 48 hours without activity. Orders you place are kept as described in section 7. The original chat history stays in Facebook Messenger, under Meta's own policy.
We only send Messenger messages in reply to you, within the time Meta allows. We do not send promotional messages on Messenger.
6. How we protect it
Our website and systems use HTTPS. Admin access is limited to PuzzleFun staff with individual accounts. Payment on delivery is collected by the courier; we do not store card or mobile-banking details.
7. How long we keep it
- Orders and invoices: as long as needed for accounting, warranty and legal reasons.
- Accounts: until you ask us to delete the account.
- Messenger message text: deleted within 24 hours after the conversation closes.
- Website visit statistics: summarised daily; detailed visit records are removed after 180 days.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
8. Your rights and deleting your data
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, including data we received through Facebook Messenger or Google Sign-In. To do this, contact us using the details in section 10 with the mobile number or Facebook name you used, and write "Delete my data".
We will confirm and complete the request within 30 days. We may keep order records that the law requires us to keep, but we will remove them from any marketing and stop all messages.
You can also remove our app from your Facebook account at any time: Facebook Settings → Apps and websites.
9. Children
Our toys are made for children, but orders and accounts are meant for parents and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
